Welcome to LayerOne Basewear. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of layeronebasewear.com and purchases made through our website. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Availability

LayerOne Basewear offers limited-run apparel and other products. Because some designs are produced in limited quantities, availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct product information at any time.

We make every effort to display product colors, artwork, details, and sizing accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, or production process.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if an item becomes unavailable or if there is an error involving pricing, inventory, payment, or product information.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you and issue any applicable refund.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Standard U.S. shipping is $8. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside LayerOne Basewear’s control.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because LayerOne products may be produced in limited runs, exchanges and replacement sizes are subject to availability.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at hello@layeronebasewear.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including LayerOne Basewear branding, text, graphics, product designs, photography, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to LayerOne Basewear and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Artwork featured on LayerOne products may be created by collaborating artists and used under license. Purchase of a LayerOne product does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use that artwork.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content or services for unlawful purposes.
